1. To qualify for certification, students are required to have a minimum of 80% attendance.
2. There will also be a Yes/No 100-question exam at the end of the course, which students are required to pass.

PROGRAM COST-

1. Money to be remitted by the 5th of every month for installment payments.
2. Students may pay an initial reservation fee of Rs 25,000 + 18% GST (non-refundable).
3. Students are financially committed to pay for the whole training, regardless of whether they attend each module.

1. If cancellations are made more than 4 weeks (28 days) before the start of the first module, 50% of the fee will be refunded minus the registration fee.
2. If the cancellation happens 27 days or less before the start, no refund will be issued, and the rest of the course fee must be paid unless a substitute student is provided.

Being a participant of the Foundation Training, Practitioner Training or Shock Trauma and PTSD in the Bodynamic system, there are certain criteria which need to be adhered to, for example copyright and ethical rules created by the Bodynamic International ApS.

I am participating in a Bodynamic™International Training (the “Training”) of my own will and volition.
I will not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs during class time and I am sufficiently qualified, trained and capable to participate in the Training and all Released Activities.

I understand and agree that I will be solely and exclusively liable for all my acts and omissions at all sessions, meetings, and consultations related to any Bodynamic trainings, including, but not limited to, at a training event, my private practice or any unaffiliated location.

I agree that all personal information of any participant relayed within the Training is strictly and completely confidential. I shall not disclose any of this confidential information to any other person or entity under any circumstances. I shall not make any audio, video, audiovisual, or other recordings of any portion of the Training nor shall I duplicate, reproduce, distribute, publish, or discuss any of the confidential information contained in or related to the Training. I agree not to record or take pictures without prior permission.

I acknowledge and agree that the Training is the exclusive intellectual property of Bodynamic™ International (BDI)(the “Intellectual Property”). I further understand that BDI is the exclusive owner or licensee of all materials utilized in the Training including, but not limited to, all printed, audio, video, digital, online, and other materials (“Materials”).

The Materials also include all duplicates, reproductions, and derivatives of the Materials, as well as any materials, research, books, articles, and other works of authorship, as well as products or services, created by BDI and related to the Training (collectively, “Materials”). BDI retains all rights in and to all Intellectual Property utilized or referenced in the Training and the Materials including, but not limited to, the copyrights in the Materials and all associated trademarks. No Materials or any portion thereof are sold or otherwise transferred and BDI does not sell any title, ownership right, or interest in or to any of the Materials. I will not acquire any right of ownership, in whole or in part, in and to any of the Intellectual Property. Any goodwill that accrues to the Intellectual Property because of my use of the Intellectual Property will inure to the sole benefit of BDI and become the sole property of BDI.

BDI shall not be liable or responsible for any unauthorized recording of the Training. I also agree that BDI shall have no liability or responsibility for the use or exploitation of any unauthorized recordings.
I’m informed that I cannot start any form of Foundation, Practitioner or Shock Trauma and PTSD training program without a contract with Bodynamic International.

I am also informed that I am solely responsible for creating and maintaining my own practice.
I understand that the primary purpose for participating and receiving the Training is educational — to observe and experientially learn how Bodynamic™ principles are applied in practice so as to support my professional training and development.

You always have a right as a student to complain if there has been any ethical violation, you have the right to contact Bodynamic board for support. Bodynamic will provide consultant in order to resolve the issue. If it’s not possible to solve the issue within these frames, you will find support to go on to the ethical committee at Association of Bodynamic Psychology (A.B.P) or of E.A.B.P.
